Privacy Policy

How Kalisto Ltd. collects, uses and protects the personal data of website visitors and business contacts, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Last updated: 4 June 2026

1. Who we are

Kalisto Ltd. (“Kalisto”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in Bulgaria, with offices at 14 General I. Venedikov Street, Sofia Tech Park, Sofia. We are the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy enquiry you can contact us at office@kalisto01.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to respond to your enquiries and operate this website:

  • Contact data you provide — name, company, email address, telephone number and the content of any message you send through our contact form or by email.
  • Technical data — standard server log information such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, collected automatically for security and performance.

3. How and why we use your data

We use personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and provide the products and services you request;
  • maintain our business relationship and communicate about orders, deliveries and technical support;
  • keep the website secure and improve its performance;
  • comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Legal basis for processing

Depending on the situation, we process personal data on the basis of your consent (e.g. when you submit a form), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to a contract, our legitimate interest in operating a B2B business and communicating with clients, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with trusted service providers acting on our behalf (for example hosting and email providers), and with our manufacturing partners or logistics providers where this is necessary to fulfil your request. These parties may only use the data for the purposes we specify. We may also disclose data where required by law.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area — for example to manufacturing partners in other regions — we take appropriate safeguards to ensure an adequate level of protection in line with the GDPR.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to maintain our business relationship, and to meet legal and accounting requirements. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.

8. Cookies

This website uses only the technical cookies necessary for it to function correctly. We do not use cookies for advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at office@kalisto01.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

10. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its revision date.

12. Contact
