The audit gives you an objective assessment of your current mill performance, ball charge condition, liner wear state and grinding efficiency. The report stands on its own — you're not obligated to purchase from us as a result.
In practice, most clients do subsequently purchase from Kalisto — because the audit identifies exactly which product grades and specifications will improve their operation, and we can supply them.
We review your current grinding media type, supplier, wear rate, consumption data and any known performance concerns. This can be done by phone or email before any site visit is scheduled.
A Kalisto engineer visits your facility for the physical mill audit during a scheduled maintenance stop. Measurements are taken: ball charge sampling, liner thickness, diaphragm slot condition, material fineness checks.
Within 5–7 business days of the site visit, you receive a written report with: current performance baseline, identified inefficiencies, specific product and process recommendations with expected improvements.
We present findings to your technical and procurement team. All recommendations are justified with data from the inspection. No sales pressure — the report stands independently.
If you choose to implement our recommendations, we source the specified products from our network of certified mills in Poland, Italy, Ukraine and China. First delivery typically within 4–8 weeks depending on specification.
