Hot-rolled media are extremely popular and effective.

They can be produced in large quantities over a short period of time.

Balls of various size, chemical composition, and hardness can be produced in accordance with the client's requirements.

Dimensions between 20 mm and 125 mm

Steel balls (press-died/ FORGED )

These are among the most widely-used steel balls in the mining industry.

They are made from used railway rails.

Consistent chemical composition, hardness, and high performance with improved consumption rate in wet applications.

Dimensions between 50 mm and 100 mm.

Steel balls (forged) with high volume hardness

Three types of hardness are offered:

High hardness – 60-65 HRC

Average hardness – 55-60 HRC

Reduced hardness – 48-55 HRC

Available sizes: from 20 mm to 125 mm

Steel balls (cast with high Cr content)

One of the best dry milling media in the world.

The balls we offer hold the world record for lowest consumption rate.

Available sizes are between 15 mm and 100 mm.

Different hardness and chemical composition depending on the client's requirements.

Steel milling rods

We offer steel milling rods. These are made from high-quality steel in Poland.

The rods can have different chemical compositions.

The available sizes are between 50 mm and 130 mm.

Standard length 3000 – 6200 mm and cut to size with tolerances of +/- 100 mm

Straightness according to EN 10060 or DIN 1013
